Customer Service Representative, Nashville, TN


Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the State of Tennessee working in the Bureau of Investigation (TBI) located in the Downtown Nashville area. This is a first shift position working Monday- Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with one hour for lunch daily for a total of 37.5 hours per week.  Pay will start at 12.50/hr. Parking is included for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

  • Process Engagements, diversions, dispositions, and background checks. 
  • Data Entry utilizing MS Word/Excel
  • Basic Receptionist duties such as answering phones and customer service. 
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Must comply to our Confidentiality Agreement as presented at the time of hire
  • Business Casual Dress Code is Required


  • Must have strong Administrative and Customer Service Skills
  • Attention to Details
  • Must adhere to Confidentiality code of conduct
  • Candidates must be very organized and be able to work independently
  • Must have experience working in an office setting
  • Must have an associate degree
  • Ideal Candidate will have a degree in Criminal Justice
  • Clean Criminal Background is Required.  TBI will conduct an extensive background investigation to include credit check.  Process could take up to 6 weeks before completion
