Kimberlie Mason, CEO/Co-Founder

Kimberlie graduated from the University of West Georgia in 1993 with a B.S. Degree in Political Science. She began her career in Human Resources. In 1995, she moved into the staffing industry and was given the opportunity to start her own branch which quickly became their largest. In 1999, her goal to be an entrepreneur was realized when she became the risk taker and started her own business. Kimberlie and her father, Charles Goddard, incorporated Quality Staffing, Inc. and he came on board as the CFO. He remained in that position until his death in 2003. Quality Staffing, Inc. has grown to be a major player in the North Georgia Staffing industry. As an entrepreneur, Kimberlie knows that to be successful, she must give back to the community. She is a member of the Dalton/Whitfield Employer’s Committee and the Whitfield and Gordon County Chamber of Commerce. She has completed leadership programs in both Chambers and is actively involved with many non-profits in Whitfield and Gordon County. Kimberlie enjoys sports, camping and family. She resides in Calhoun with her two daughters. She and her family are members of Belmont Baptist Church.

Jonathan W. Moss IV, Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations

Jonathan Moss graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science in Economics. He has previously worked as a consultant, CO, and consulting analyst prior to joining the Quality Staffing team in July of 2015. Jonathan resides in Calhoun, GA and enjoys MMA, football, and spending time with his three children.

Katresha Tillery, Corporate Recruiting Manager

Katresha joined our staff in April of 2012 as a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter. She is now the Corporate Recruiting Manager for Quality Staffing, Inc. and Quality Medical Recruiting. She oversees all tasks pertaining to Recruiting as well as Safety, Workers Compensation, Unemployment Benefits. She graduated with High Honors from Northwest High School where she was President of the Future Business Leaders of America, Prayer Person for the Color Guard and was an active member of the Beta Club. Katresha resides in Dalton. She and her family enjoy spending time in the great outdoors.

Wesley Johnson, Sales Manager

Wesley joined our staff in April of 2013 and is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University, Marietta, GA, with a B.A.T. Degree in Apparel & Textile Technology with an emphasis on product development and marketing. He is a native of Dalton and graduated from Dalton High School. He was also an http://www.maintenance-software.org exchange student at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Torreon, Mexico. Wesley started his career here as the Payroll Specialist and then moved to Accounting and is currently our Accounting Manager. He manages the Payroll Department, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Client Contracts and Benefits Management. He resides in Dalton. Wesley has a love for music and enjoys attending concerts as often as possible.
