Customer Service Representative, Nashville, TN

Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the State of Tennessee working in the Bureau of Investigation (TBI) located in the Downtown Nashville area. This is a first shift position working Monday- Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with one hour for lunch daily for a total of 37.5 hours per week. Pay will start at 12.50/hr. Parking is included for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Process Engagements, diversions, dispositions, and background checks.
- Data Entry utilizing MS Word/Excel
- Basic Receptionist duties such as answering phones and customer service.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information
- Must comply to our Confidentiality Agreement as presented at the time of hire
- Business Casual Dress Code is Required
Qualifications:
- Must have strong Administrative and Customer Service Skills
- Attention to Details
- Must adhere to Confidentiality code of conduct
- Candidates must be very organized and be able to work independently
- Must have experience working in an office setting
- Must have an associate degree
- Ideal Candidate will have a degree in Criminal Justice
- Clean Criminal Background is Required. TBI will conduct an extensive background investigation to include credit check. Process could take up to 6 weeks before completion
