With experience in directly hiring individuals to a client’s payroll, owner Kimberlie Mason saw an opportunity to expand and create this distinct division in January 2015.  
 
Goddard Mason Executive Search is headquartered in Dalton, GA and concentrates on recruiting candidates to go to work directly for a client.  As traditional staffing requires more of a local presence to be effective, direct hiring can be done for a client anywhere throughout the country.  This direct hire arrangement is ideal for the hiring of executives, management, professionals, those with unique skillsets/knowledge, or in attracting happily employed labor.
Throughout this division’s existence clients represent a variety of industries and hires have been in multiple states.
 
On an individual level, our recruiters specialize in the direct hiring of these professional type individuals.  This ensures the expertise, need, and fit your company deserves!
